Starting September 1, 2026, the International Students Information Desk is operational with an additional information service —beyond standard email and phone channels.
The new operating front desk is an in-person service point located on the ground floor of the University Campus Morgagni , offering support International students (non-EU residents abroad holding a study visa*) regarding the finalization of enrollment and other administrative needs specific to non-EU international students.
The service will not handle the entire enrollment process in person; instead, it will provide information or additional support to students who have already completed the online procedures.
The desk will be able to distribute residence permit application kits and materials normally provided at the UnifiInclude office in Campus Novoli.
The in-person desk is open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Appointments can be booked via the website or the Ufirst app.
This service is not intended for:
