The course analyzes, from a comparative perspective, the protection of fundamental rights guaranteed by national and supranational courts.
The first part of the course is mostly theoretical in nature, but interaction will be promoted and encouraged. The second one will take place in seminar form through the analysis of case studies with active participation of the students.
