Course Content
Defines the subject field of labor law, then they are addressed - both European and comparative - specific themes related to collective bargaining, the right to strike, the subordination, the type of negotiation, the anti-discrimination protection, stability of employment .
The second part of this course addresses some of the topical issues of our labor market (labor relations at Fiat; flexicurity ect.).

Learning Objectives
Defines the subject field of labor law, are then addressed specific issues related to collective bargaining, the right to strike, the subordination, the type of negotiation, the anti-discrimination protection, stability of employment. With the active participation of students will face some issues that are of particular relevance for the European employment law (eg flexicurity, discrimination, ect.)
The course aims to provide in terms of knowledge: definition of the basic concepts of trade union rights and labor law. Main theoretical approaches that characterize the discipline and jurisprudence, with particular reference to issues of relevance for the labor market;
in terms of competences: capacity for analysis of the legislation on labor law, development of skills of critical topics, mastery of writing and oral presentation of disciplinary issues, ability 'to work in groups, etc.
