Course Content
The course is divided into three.The first two regard the public utilities discipline, both at european and national level, in the perspective of the concept of Universal Service. The last concerns the development of the territory in the light of the planning law and the renewable energies.

Learning Objectives
The course aims at offering a deep knowledge of the evolution of the discipline of the public utilities legal system. The last part concerns the legal implication of the climate change.

Course program
The course aims at offering an analysis of the public utility legal discipline. To this end there will be an historical and comparative overview about the development of the concept of the public utilities. A specific focus will be dedicated to the European Law and at the national level. Specific attention will be dedicated to the concept of 'Universal Service'.
The last part of the course will concern the urban planning law and the renewables energies in the light othe territorial development.
