Course Content
The first part of the course will focus on the enforcement and guarantees of fundamental rights through national constitutional justice and European Courts (European Court of Justice and European Court of Human Rights) in a comparative perspective. The second part will be devoted to the analysis and discussion of European and national jurisprudence. Attending the course is highly recommended
